Ex-stock Delivery
This point of our customer services deals with direct shipments from our warehouses. Sales representatives will provide you with up-to-date information on the products availability in the warehouse and answer all your questions. When you decide to buy, they will prepare a contract and draw up a bill. Upon payment and receipt on our account the delivery is organized if needed.
We guarantee high quality of the supplied goods. If there are any questions about the goods quality, Quality Manager will come to your production site to resolve them.
Customer Designed Metal Roll Products
For planned production plants is important to be sure that their supplier has necessary goods in stock. We supply our Customers with such assurance.
- Written delivery request placement ensures that ordered metal roll products will be available at the warehouse at the stipulated period.
- Commercial offer issued by our manager confirms the receipt of Customer delivery request.
- If there are additional terms and conditions to discuss, our Sales Representative will visit your enterprise.
- As soon as ordered materials are delivered to the warehouse, Sales Manager informs you about it, prepares a contract, draws up a bill, against payment s/he organizes delivery, if needed.
Metal Roll Products of Non-standard Dimensions
To place an order for a non-standard cut or strand a request stipulating thickness, cut, steel grade, etc. should be sent.
Upon the request receipt Sales Manager accompanies Customer to the production site in order to negotiate price and terms of delivery.
